EXTRUSION
We are specialised to the Pipe extrusion and have an extensive portfolio of already manufactured pipes, so that we can draw on a large selection of tools. Each of our extruders is equipped with a Maag melt pump and a Siemens PLC control system - both components form the basis for a Consistent product quality. This not only enables us to guarantee consistent component properties, but also a high proportion of Recycled material into the process - in some cases up to 100 %.

We manufacture pipes according to your specifications, within the following specifications:
- Outer diameter: up to approx. 40 mm
- Wall thickness: approx. 0.3 - 4.0 mm
- Cutting length: up to 3,500 mm
Our High flexibility enables us to manufacture products for a wide range of applications quickly and cost-effectively - from Technical auxiliary pipes about Packaging solutions up to Pipes with direct food contact.
Thanks to our extensive portfolio of already produced pipes, we have a large number of suitable tools at our disposal. If the required extrusion tool is not available, we can produce it for you quickly and cost-effectively.
